Kitchen

Before After

These units will have to go when the new old stove is installed. Since it will be a while before we get to that, I went ahead and painted these cabinets white (much, much easier than the many layers of red). I am playing with those Wallies in the picture. They are just taped on.  The range hood is in the garage, and will make a reappearance once it is red!

I bought a stove that looks just like this off Ebay, except mine has a light over the back and a clock. It likely needs to be refurbished.

We chose the red to match all the wonderful red
KitchenAid appliances we received as wedding gifts!

More Progress
A couple coat of paints and red moulding has made all the difference.
Next tasks- attack the countertops with ceramic tile and the floor with peel and stick tiles (all black and white, of course) and get that vintage stove refurbished and in its new home! Oh yeah, and finish all those cabinet doors. A year isn't too long, is it?
